Jk shah classes its an organization?
I have a big question mark on that, are they running an organization or pan ka galla means they dont follow any organization policy they are hiring employee a like ladour for a day because they dont provide any documentation o their employees like offer letter, appointment letter or any confirmation on mail, no employee can document his/her experience with jk shah for future they are having lots of branch with lots of staff i think they should follow all hr policies, even they dont use any official mail for employee conversation they just rely on whatsapp
Is this safe for any employee to work with this kind of organization where they dont provide any mutual agreement document for salary, designation and kra? Was this information helpful? |
