I am having loan against property with jm fanacial for 2 cr. Sanction letter is dated 31/07/2021. My 1st pre-emi went on 5/9/2021 of 175612/- & thereafter on every 5th of each month my emi has been paid of 266349/- for the month of (Oct, nov, dec, jan till now & it will go for feb as well).
Sir, i am getting 3.75 cr loan for my business expansion at cheeper rate of interest from other banks which is already on approval stage, but bcoz i am unable to get fore closure letter things have been held up since a week.
My dsa mr. Hitesh parmar has visited jm financial office today but they are saying u can fore closure letter after completion of 6 months which is mentioned in the sanctioned letter.
Sir, acc to sanction letter post 6 months also they are going to charge me 1% interest on outstanding amount, so its just a matter of 1 month and i am ready to bear the additional interest burden if any before the due time.
If i am not getting fore closure letter than my approval of higher loan amount with lower interest rate will also be getting cancelled as the new banker will not wait for the same.
More over sir, i want additional funds for my business to expand will be delayed by 2 months approx.
I request the consumer forum to look into the matter on asap basis as i am in short of time.
