I had given my car MH03CM 7355 for servicing at JMD SKODA at Bhandup(Mumbai) on 4th August. service incharge was Mr Junaid.
Car was returned on same day at @7.30pm
Next day in morning I noticed both my rear view mirrors are foggy..and so I complained this to Mr Junaid.
He advised me to do put antifogging switch on and that will go.
Even after 2days the problem didn't solve...so I again told him about this.
He said he will send the person to check it.
After this I received two calls from Skoda helpline and every time I had to explain in detail.
Till todate nobody is interested in solving it.
Reverting back to Me Junaid ...he said he thought that the problem is resolved.
I am really disappointed by your service.
The response should have been prompt from your side.
