My house was located in vadavalli, navavoor pirivu - Balaji Nagar site no 18 .
My house construction work was started on June 2018 but still construction work was not at all completed and now they put a case on us for the pending money, first of all they not all completed their work then how they bravely asking money.
As per agreement it supposed to be complete with in 9 months. But now almost 32 months done.
Better they don’t go with them see for 1 sq.ft they are charging 1150 but for the third party they are giving only 750 rupees. See how much they taking from us.
They will arrange bank loans and all Ok don’t blindly don’t believe them and don’t put signature in some unnecessary document.
Don't Go for JMJ housing to build your dream home and buying any plots and constructions from JMJ Builders.
Whatever ad's they are making its only to attract people and don't believe them blindly.
