HI, Actually I had applied for the original degree ( Roll No: 16BQ1A04C0)and had done the payment 3500 via UPI transaction but it is still showing payment pending but money was deducted from my bank account please refer the attachment for the payment proof .Due to this I am unable to proceed to the next steps and upload documents. I have contacted the help desk multiple times but there is no response. I am in urgent need of My OD please look into this matter and provide a solution ASAP.
