Jntuk — OD payment issue

Iam M.G.N.V.Prasad bearing roll number 12531A0202. I applied for my OD on february 2020 in JNTUK website.Unfortunately my money got deducted twice due to an error in the payment.I waited for the refund but I didn't get one.So I request to you please look into the issue and kindly refund my amount.Transaction id was[protected].Please kindly respond to this email sir.I am not having even enough money left due to this covid crisis.I am providing the two transaction details with this mail so that you can verify that my money got debited twice.My sbi account number is [protected] with IFSC code SBIN0007539.Please help me with the money I lost to your account due to website error.
