[Resolved] Jntuk — Unable to login to JNTUK exam portal

I created an account in JNTUK exam portal (https://www.jntukexams.net/online1/login.php) to apply for OD (Original Degree) and completed my payment. I am unable to login to the website to complete the procedure for OD application. There is an error 'Invalid Credentials'. When I tried selecting 'forget password', there is an error displaying 'there is no data available with this email-id'

I was logging in using the wrong mail-id, after entering the right one able to login successfully
