This company / NGO choti Muskaan is in gurgaon. In Oct. year 2011 They published job requirements in all major news papers. On 18th Dec. 2011 an entrance exam is conducted in all over india. Their Examination fee is rs. 600 /- per candidate. Near about 10,000 /- peoples had given this exam at various center in Uttar Pradesh (All posting are for U.P. Only). The exam result publishing date was on Jan. 2012. But on pre- declaired date exam result was not published. They told us after 15 days result will be published, but result was not out in this date. In march 2012 result is published on their website. So, they told us that the peoples getting more than 40% marks are selected. So, they informed Our result of employment via phone call & e-mails also they told us the date to come for interview. A total of 2,000 peoples are selcted in interview. At that time they told us to give 10,500 /- Rs. per student as training & uniform fees.

So, most of the peoples was choosen to join this organisation after paying 10, 500 /-. They gives us Offer Letter. And told that a training will be conducted after 10 Days. But no training will be conducted, After that they gives new dates all time. After refused for 5 - months, no training will be given.

In the month of July they conducted 1- day training (But they told us that training will be for 18 Days.) at various centers in U.P., after this training (Which is of 1 day) they
told us that there will be also a practical training of 18 days, which will be in allahabad.
2.5 months passed away they didn't given any practical training. In the month of july they called us at allahabad for practical training (for 18 days). All the people gathered at allahabad for training, but they gives only 1 day for training & they told for practical training will be commences at home district for 10 days.
They gives a survey form to fill the data. All the peoples have collected form from them and started a practical training in their home district.
When training completed, they collects our survey forms & told us that they will sent Appointment letter in 5 days. After 5 days a call from their side comes & they told that all are selected, & will wait for 5 more days.But they didn't give Appointment letter.

After this incident 2.5 months passes away. At last, on dated 11th October 2012 a call comes at mobile that you all peoples are rejected & told us that no money will be given.

So, above are full real situation. So, please help us to remove this type of fraudulent. Please suggest me that "How we will Take Action For this fraud."
