[Resolved] Elbex Courier Pvt Ltd — NON PAYMENT OF SALARY | |||
Sub: Salary not paid for 3 months Respected Sir, I Rohit Kumar was working with Elbex Couriers Private Limited in it’s regional office at Delhi (A-292, Highway properties building, Road No: 6, N.H-8, Mahipalpur, New Delhi-110037) as in the position of Regional Sales Manager. I had joined this company on 09th may 2012 & left the company on 31st August 2012 due to nun payment by the company. I had the employee codes as E0112 with this company. There is a pending salary of 3 months (June, July & August 2012) & fuel expenses for the month of July, which the company has not paid me yet. The company has it’s registered office at 258, Avarampalayam Road, New Sidhapudur, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu-641044, India. (Email: [protected]@elbex.in, Web: www.elbex.in, Tel:[protected] This company is giving me various dates to pay my salary, but not paid me yet. The main role player of this company are Mr Santhamurthy (Managing Director, Cell No: [protected], Email: [protected]@elbex.in), Mr Siva Prakasam (Corporate Manager-Sales & Marketing, Cell No: [protected]). Statement of Rohit Kumar My interview was taken by Mr Siva Prakasam in Delhi on 3rd May 2012, he selected me for the position of Regional Sales Manager and I joined the company (Elbex Couriers Private Limited) on 09th May 2012. Due to non payment by the company I serve the notice period resignation on 3rd August 2012 to Mr Santhamurthy by mail and discussed with him over phone. Later on 17th August 2012 he gave me a mail confirmation that my resignation is accepted. I asked him for my salary on the same day and he said that it will be paid within one month. Then in the due time they did not pay me, again when I asked Mr Santhamurthy about my salary he said that to talk with the HR (Kowshika). I also talked with the HR and she told me that she will update me soon and after few days she told me that to talk with Mr Bala Subramanyam (Admin). I also talked with him and he said they will pay me soon. But they have not paid my salary yet. Mr Santhamurthy (Managing Director of the company) has given me a mail that he will pay me within the end of October 2012. Then again mail me to to settle my dues in between 16th and 20th of nov. 2012 but still i am waiting for my final salary settlement. So I beg to the law please ask Mr Santhamurthy & Mr Siva Prakasam that.... 1. Why they have not paid my salary yet? 2. When they will pay my salary with a full settlement? 3. If they will not pay my salary then what action I should have to take against them as per the law and with which authority I have to come up with for the same? Can you tell me please when you have terminated me and when i have submitted fake report to you. You are owner of company and i am respecting you a lot, but why you are lieng this... just because of Money... How cheap you are Mr. Shanthamurthy. I have given Resignation along with complete 1 month notice period through my mail... If you forgot this then i will mail you again.
You are the owner of Elbex courior pvt ltd, and it is beyond my understanding why you are lying ( Do you know lying and not paying salary to the employee is a crime). I have given resignation just because your inability to pay my salary and expenxes... Even you are unable to pay the office rent and electric bill on time. I had given proper 1 month notice period to you, sp how you terminate me tell me. Don, t lie Mr. shantamurthy i have a prove. Now i am going to post all our communication on this site and let them to analyse the viewers and customers who is FAKE and who shows professionalism.
Mr. sisir and I had given resignation along with 1 month notice period because of your nonprofessional attitude, inability to pay our salary and not providing the detail about the company...which is asked by the client like your balance sheet, annual turn over, your franchisee list, servic location detail etc... then how any client will trust on you. You don't have any thing to prove me wrong because i show my professionalism and i have a prove whatever i did, I will prove all this in a court.
I am requesting to the investor before investing in this company check each and every thing... don't believe on them believe on yourself and judge accordingly.

Can you please clarify me when you have been terminated me and when i have submitted a fake report to you?
Now by submitting this on net portal you are trying to destroy my professional career, even you know that I am right and i have submitted my resignation along with notice period.
By giving notice period and resignation letter to you, you should have to show your professionalism and release my all due amount (76000).
Please don't lie ever just because of money... Come Delhi and i will show you the professionalism and how we are treating to our employee...
Still waiting for my settlement amount...
If you will not pay my salary and other expenses which i had given you through mail, then i don't have much option except knocking the door of Indian Court... ( I have every prove and all our communication mail)

Dear Public People,
Mr.Rohit was not sacked, he resigned due to pending of salaries for more than 3 months...
I can challenge the idiotic H.R who does not want to mention his name..The revert is made by the idiotic MD only.
Company has not paid salaries to many people and i can pull each and every person who are all affected by this stupid company and idiotic senseless non humanity management people.
I ask each citizen of this country not to invest time or money in this company. This company cheats the investors also...No business associate is happy about this company.
Let this company and Management family sucks...

Instead of many notice from HO, He has not reverted back Properly ..
Mr. Rohit Along with Mr.Sisir had created Many damages to the Company, ,
