Dear Sir,
My name is Rupesh Kamalakant Chaughule & I'd been interviewed on dated 8th Dec'2012 by HR & Manager of Hinduja Global Services(HSG), Vashi for the position of Team Leader. After 6 hours of interview I got selected for the same profile, HR Mr Yogesh ([protected]) informed me that process would be Vodafone Web-Chat & also ask me for immediate joining by next day. Salary had been discussed too.
Afterward because of confirmation from HSG i quite my current job & went to new firm along with all the relevant documents for joining, fill all the documents of company policy & submitted 6 photographs with xerox copies of my documents. Then HR told me to leave & come by 12th Dec for training. I went on 12th wait for 3 hours then Yogesh told me that my joining date is yet not define & he will call me later for same.
From that day he or any personnel from HSG didn't called me for any update, in fact i called them several times but they are not responding. Now HR person saying that i should find job sum where else.
Because confirmation of HSG i left my current job & now i'm wandering like fool.
Kindly suggest what should i do?
