I have read lot of her comments in "Time of India" in support of Kalmadi and Pawar, also read her comments that she is a Bong hindu converted to Christianity and eats Beef before her Hindu parents.
She is sick, such people dont have any compassion ; If such people can head STATISTICAL PROJECTS with less than 60% marks in any mathematics exams she has undertaken, then why Gadkari's driver cant become a director in 3000 Crore company.
I am sure such people if they remain in SaS Global soon their client would start using MathLab products or at least move to R-programming.
India is in such a sorry state, where fools head and IITians are jobless thanks to Soumi Alphons.

I happen to visit her linkedin profile before your negative propoganda, i saw what you have written, it is good that such people should be checked otherwise it is a real danger to techies in India.
techies should remove such overhead as these people are huge cost to our industry!!!

She was responsible for moving SaS Global development center from yedwada Pune to magarpatta Pune. In doing so she has received a home from the builder lobby. Surprisingly the sale dead of the house and timing of buying a house create lot of suspicion in the mind of many SaS employee who have purchased home in and around Yedwada Pune, now have to travel 10-20kms more because of the GREED OF SOUMI ALPHONS.
She can show nataak(Postering) of CSR like the image i have added along with this image. So the moral of the story, HR head having loose character is a very bad thing. Any ways God can save this country from such cruel political active people. SHAME ON YOU SOUMI ALPHONS.

initially i didn't agree with these.But i did some research and found Soumi Alphons, fraud charges are true; for example:

Such FRAUD/MALPRACTICES by soumi Alphons shows the dark side of our IT SECTOR. In my view she should resign and leave IT industry completely.
I have also come to know that MPM -symbiosis have started on that year 1994 only, with no all over india entrance, so topping a 30 people group in nothing to boost about in linkedin. It is something like saying i hve topped in 8th std in my class.
I think she should disclose what was her ranking in Pune University.

I know this lady, she is a real "A FART in IT Industry" must go out of our industry. We must come out and disclose the true picture of these IT-HR-bit*hes.
