[Resolved]  URC constructions — unprofessional Organisation

I am a recruitment consultant working with many MNC clients, I have never come across an unprofessional company like URC constructions.. I was associated with this company to look for the right candidates for their organisation, since December 2011 I also agreed to work with URC constructions thinking that it is a good company which has got good projects and growth in future and it was my misconception that it is lead by professionals.... in a six months time we placed many candidates at different levels including freshers to Sr.mid level management.. this URC constructions turn to be nightmare to me and the candidates that I had placed in 3- 4 months. URC constructions could not manage to sustain in the market and could not manage to handle the projects that they had got, and all of a sudden without any professional reason they had terminated several Senior and Junior level employees in a months time, when asked instead of giving a valid reason ( they were losing projects because of their wrong business practices, as revealed by the ex employees o[censored]RC), They have ruined the career of many pprofessionals by misleading the candidates saying they have many good upcoming projects, and candidates have a bright career.. but they failed to offer the promising career to the candidates and terminated several employees in a month ! ( many of them are employed since an year also ). they could not even pay salary to the employees for months.. even months after the candidates were placed we did not get the service charges for the work done.. when visited the office asking for the details there was no one who could take responsibility and the unprofessional MD, JMD pretended to be busy and made wait for whole day and finally escaped from the back entrance ! now i understood why is this URC constructions is sinking, when a company is lead by such an unprofessional people who could not even respond or not even give the right reason for not paying some thousands of rupees, how the employees can expect the salary every month? in addition to these they claim that they are 300- 400 crores turnover company.. a sincere suggestion to all the job seekers and the placement consultants.. beware of this unprofessional company..
