[Resolved]  York Recruitment Agency, Pala & Ernakulam — CHEATING & Looting money in name of VISA Consulting

Dear All,

I too had a very bad experience with York Recruitment Ernamkulam. Myself along with my colleague attended an interview there on 10th December 2014. The Client interview was conducted by NSH Corp (Nasser S. Al Hajri Corporation). Immediately after the interview, the interviewer told us that we were selected for their new refinery project in Kingdom of Kuwait. He did not disclose other details, when enquired he told us that detailed offer letter will be provided soon. Then we were asked to surrender our passports at their office and a receipt was given from York acknowledging the submission of passport. The staff at YORK RECRUITMENT told us that we will be contacted within two weeks time. Both o[censored]s waited till January 2015 and still got no reply.

So we contacted YORK RECRUITMENT and they told us that selection process is ongoing please wait for a month for the MEDICAL Tests. They assured us that we were selected and did not return our passports. When contacted again in Mid Jan 2015, they assured our selection and asked to wait for a bit more as civil engineers selection is on going and mechanical selection will be by March First Week.

We were infacted cheated by these guys. Even in march both us did not receive any calls and we contacted their office in Ernakulam, Kochi. They told us passports were in PALA, KOTTAYAM and we had to go all the way till RAMAPURAM, PALA to collect our passports back. We travelled to PALA to get our PASSPORTS back.

YORK RECRUITMENT Held our passports (almost 4 months) for no reason assuring that we were selected and betrayed both o[censored]s. I recommend all of you to stay away from these people who just wants money.

york recruiters, they are arrogent towards job seekers, i dont know why they behave rudely..first time in my life i am experiancing such behaviour from any other party..i gone for job interview to york, ramapuram and i got totally pissed off.they claim they are recruiting for nassar-al-hajri..they will detain our passport.nassar-al-hajri is a well known fraud company who is also a manpower-supply company in saudi arabia.they conducted a fake interview with a bloody interviewer who is just 5th pass i think.at last they say u r seleced, giv ur passport for further processing.i said let me think.then the guy became too much violent and fired on me.i am waiting to see this guys when i am going to kerala for vacation.

you were 100 % Wright.Now we also had the same problem. They brought 90000.00 from about 256 peoples for the visa of NSH in Kuwait, As we reached here we understood that visa charge and ticket were provided by company NSH. York cheated us . There were some other agencies MULTILINK & Asiapower. They also recruited for the same company NSH and there fees only 25000.00. York eating too much money . Please never go any where through York...PLEASE...

People who are supporting the company are employees of the company themselves, They are a bunch of frauds who have only two clients NSH and CCC of these NSH is like a Prison . you get in . they wont pay you ! send u home even in case of an emergency etc, basically its a prison .
For CCC they send only prospective candidates who after paying hefty agency fees and visa fees end up being thrown out .

They take your passport . Hold on to it for at least four months saying u are selected where in fat u are just a back up incase the selected person withdraws, (personal experience)

Interviews were conducted on 10th December 2014 at their offices at Ramapuram and Kadavnthra, for NSH Kuwait. Candidates attended in hundreds and as they claim there is a requirement of 720 candidates for projects in Kuwait. Project name, place of work etc were not revealed except NSH Kuwait. Who ever got selection (it was funny to watch the so called "company delegates" grabbing fruits kept on their table and swallowing the same with juice during interview) has to surrender their passports as bond. From 30th December 2014 onward people were called for medical which itself is a big scam. They were send to AL IFLAM DIAGONOSTIC CENTER, for medicals, which is a medical thattukada at Ernakulam. 100s took medicals @ 2000 Rs/- per head. Since then they are keeping the passports of the candidates. Call this number and ask for their response about the visa status of this candidates in the following number, then you will find how they are cheating. [protected] or 65300. The funniest thing in this matter is that among all these turmoil of CBI raids and Kuwait recruitment scam, they are still conducting interviews for companies in middle east and taking huge amounts. Is their any body to look into this matter and save the poor job seekers?

Attention Job seekers,

Stay away from this agency.

They have branches in Pala, Kochi, Chennai etc... Recently I had a bad experience with York, cochin. These arrogant people collect my passport and kept for two months and I paid rs. 5000 for medical and no visa come. There is no client interview in York Recruitment. Cochin. Only they are asking some questions like interview and after two days they tell you are selected. Also they are looking for more experienced people.

Beware of this agency.

Is anybody who went abroad through this York?? If so pls share your experience with them. What is the definition of NHL and CCC. and how we cross verify whether the job offer is true? Or not

I am Karthik. I was calling by York for an interview. They took interview also is so simple. But they didn’t ask any money till now. and said after I seen the offer letter only I will be asked to go to medical test. How can I trust them since I got offerer letter? Says it is true? Or not? Pls any experienced one share to me to not to be cheated by them
