Job Consultancy — Misleading & fraud in overseas consultancy

I have applied for germany job seeker visa through prosper overseas chennai and its headoffice is located in hyderabad after initiating the process and fees submission in december 2018 of rs 70000 their behavior changes gradually they did not respond unless i have followup with them multiple times after passing of some time when i visited their office nobody entertained us properly as they make an excuse of renovation but actually their chennai office has been closed suddenly without fulfilling prior commitments when i asked them to refund money their head naina approached me to change process from germany to canada to get positive turnarounds from their end but still till date i have been waiting for the results only after spending almost 1, 10, 000 hard earned money and bearing mental trauma for close to 3 years
