Job Track Hr Staffing Services — Refund is not processing

We enrolled in December for placement. But we didn't got any response from your team.
We were continuously in contact with your team but they not even set one interview.
After two months we requested refund but they are again only saying that we will see what can be done.
In this total process we lost our tree months time and money also.
What is this behaviour from your company we didn't expected that I want refund as early as possible or else I have to go legally to get my money from you.
