I am filing this complaint against Jobaaj Learnings (Nishtya Infotech Pvt Ltd) for running a deliberate scam through deceptive marketing, false hopes, and fraudulent misrepresentation.
On 16 and 17 August 2026, I paid a total of 11800 INR via UPI (1100 INR registration fee plus 10700 INR main course fee) after attending their online promotional webinar. The entire webinar was designed to lure people in using complete falsehoods and fake claims about their platform. The presenter made explicit promises of structured one-on-one mentorship, dedicated placement support, and an unconditional money-back guarantee until 22 October 2026.
After taking the money, the reality was completely fake:
The website terms directly contradicted the verbal promises made in the live webinar pitch.
Calls to their contact numbers went completely unanswered, and support emails were totally ignored.
When I asked for clarification in the community access group, they deleted my messages and arbitrarily removed me from the group to hide their fraud.
