Jodhpur Galax — Fraud business , takes money and never refund or deliver goods

It all started in November when I placed a order with Anish(prop) of Jodhpur Galax for 7 salwar suits. He asked me to give him the advance payment so that he can start the order. I gave him 10000INR on 06/11/2025. He raised a invoice(I have the copy). We are the dance group who needs to perform in December but he never delivered the goods instead he said that he needs 50% advance. Anyhow as it was too early to take any action and considering him genuine we have given him option as he was not ready to refund that he can make 2 suits and can deliver to Jaipur/Delhi as one of our friend was visiting India. He didnt do that too. Now from December I have been following for my money refund but he is never refunding it. It is a mental harassment for Indian people living abroad. He has a expired IEC code too. He is total fraud t as I am not due to my impatience writing this. I showed my patience for 4-5 months. Please cancel his business licensed and dont allow him to do any business. I am not the first and only customer who is complaining. I have all the proofs of whats app chat and invoice copy. Please take strict action and stop him from befooling other people.
