Jodhpur Municipal Corporation — Broken Road for putting seiverage

Our road in front of the house is broken with 5 ft hole to put the severage line. It has been 15 days since the work is taking place in slow pace. My mother is a heart patient and is sick may need to taken to the hospital any time . We can’t take her out as the road is totally broken. Life is at risk .Please take it into account and guide me to higher authorities if needed.
