Jodhpur Municipal Corporation — Door to door waste collector

Sir In my area a waste collector is coming but he is not taking my waste. As he is asking me 50/-Rs per month for collecting my waste. I was agree for giving 50/- Rs. to him but i asked him about receipt of that 50/- Rs. He refused it. And after that day he is not coming to collect my wastes. It is about 1 month that he is not coming. I have been very disturbed that where should i dump the waste. please help.
