I want to complain for a illegal dog trainer in jodhpur he has no licence to keep multiple dogs in home for training and he runs a dog hostel in jodhpur..he is walking with multiple dogs without lease and his dogs bites everyone in that public walking area we are very frustrated with him if we tell him to lease his dogs he doesn't agree to do so his dogs bites everyone in our area please take necessary action against him..illegal dog trainer name is Prakash khatri his mobile no. Please take action against him and stop his illegal dog hostel in our area.he is very bad person and doesn't respect his job..below attached photo is of his Instagram video in this you can see this man his takes all his dogs in public area where we are doing morning walk he he takes his dogs without lease and his dogs runs after us and try to bite please stop this it's a request and ask him to show his licence to run this illegal practice
