Jodhpur Municipal Corporation — Relocate the garbage bin of our area

Respected sir/madam
I am Manohar Singh Gehlot, my residence is at Outside Nagori Gate near power house Bhagat Singh Marg, Jodhpur. I want to bring your attention towards the problem all my neighborhood is faceing and that is the bad smell of the silod waste whenever the garbage bin is emptied. The smell is so bad that is is impossible to breath in the open air. This clear violation of my right of fresh and clean air. My request is to relocate the position of the bin and increase the number of bins in our area as there is only one bin where all people throw their garbage which has made the situation worst. I have request to the local authorities many times informally but this is my formal complaint. Please look into the matter seriously.
