Jodhpur Municipal Corporation — Theft of electricity

I'm resident of bjs colony jodhpur, i want to draw your attention on fact that huge theft of electricity is done my many families here specially galli no 16 (Plot no 586b manohar singh rathod)
Infact in recent case on 14/01/2017 department se plot no 586b may meter change krne aaye they, and they even found that ki meter k saath ched chad ki gayi hai aur andar ki saari seal bhi tooti hui hai, initially they warned landlord manohar singh rathod that your meter will be forwarded to laboratory, bat at the end they settled by taking bribe.
This is so disappointing that such acts are done fearlessly.
Please consider this as a serious matter with zero tolerance and took strict action asap
