Jodhpur Municipal Corporation — illegal construction

I am enquiry about an illegal commercial construction on the strip land. According to law the person can’t do any type of commercial construction on strip land purchase by the muncipal. But mr. sashi lal s/o daulal vyas address: indra chowk, near korna house indside jalorie gate, jodhpur make a illegal construction on strip land and nala land of government. I filed the rti against that construction and make appeal also in muncipal corporation jodhpur but there is no response from the officers and no action is taken.
