I purchased a set of items with complete payments done on 30 November, 2023 and to date I haven’t received my parcel nor refunded. Anish Soni and Monika Soni are two people I have been in contact with and they continue to defer the dates/lie and pass very disrespect comments to customers upon continuous enquiring. Because why won’t we, it’s our hard earned $. These guys are another level with their fraud.
Google reviews has more than enough reviews for as long as 7-8 years to shut this company down and get these frauds into to payback with few years spent in jail but I am extremely surprised that nothing has been done to date. I still see them operating, posting daily, and given 5 stars on Facebook (fake) with all reviews/comments deleted. I with my 9 other friends, total 10 people reported the page to Facebook as well yet Facebook hasn’t taken any action and I don’t seem to understand why they’re still operational through Facebook. They also have another account by the name of JG Saree.
What else can we do to get them down, anyone? These complain system doesn’t seems to be working so far! What is India Consumer Council doing?
I have posted a picture of Anish Soni’s bank details, he can be tracked down very easily. Looking forward to some light. People are suffering at the hands of these scammers for 7-8 years now. Was this information helpful? |
