John Player — trouser found torn from back side

Dear sir,

I devendra narania purchased 2 sets of trousers and shirts on 08/06/2018 from your exclusive store at jaipur, vaishali nagar from m/s ksr sales and on the same day hand over those trousers for alteration at the same store and took delivery for those trousers on 13/08/2018. On very next day i wore that trouser and what i found is that the back of one the trouser was torn and some threads was comes out and accordingly we took that trouser to the store and raise a complaint.
After lot of discussion they (Store people) ready to took that trouser and told us that the store manager/ representative of john player will decide for replacement of that trouser.
Now yesterday we approached to them dated 20/08/2018 and they denied to replace that trouser and not ready to provide contact details of representative of john player.
I don't understand that the problem is with the store or john player.
So for that i put my case in front of you.

Ksr sales invoice no : 235 dated 08/06/2018.
