Johnson And Johnson — baby shampoo causes lot of hair fall

I've recently purchased johnson and johnson baby shampoo since it's a baby shampoo and thought it will be mild i purchased a bigger bottle of baby shampoo. It is mild as mentioned but it makes hair so dry causing hair fall and hair breakage immediately in 1 or 2 washes.. I have washed my hairs with that shampoo atleast 6 times and every time my hair fall increased. I would like to bring this to light and ask for refund or compensation for the shampoo purchased by me.
