Jolo API — Money paid hoever Services not providing

Hi Sir, I have a complain for a company, name as JOLO API (www.joloapi.com). I was taken an API to recharge mobile, dth, datacard, etc. They provided me API through online after creating an account their website. When i was submitted him rupees regarding recharge value i found that API is not working on live mode, while application is working but mobile/dth/datacard device din't recharged. Also money has been deducted from my paid amount on their website account (as you can see in attached picture). Then i tried to contact him (Anurag) on same cell phone ([protected]) or [protected]@jolo.in (email id) in which they always discussed to me he is not responding to me now. Sir i request you to please catch him and prevent other one to such kind of fraud. Regards Sanjeev Mishra [protected]
