I ordered one dress from Jomso.com with order no [protected], which on the website was mentioned that its an embroidered product, but when it arrived it was all printed and the quality of the material was also not good. I called up the customer care and after complaining I was connected to their supervisor named Sandhya who asked me to send the product through courier and when I asked about my refund she told me that once they receive the product they will send me pics of alternate products and then I select for an exchange. She talso assured me that if the second product is not upto the expectation then they will initiate a refund.
I sent the courier through bluedart and it cost me INR 600 and the product costed me around INR 1790. After they got the product they sent me pics of some dresses out which I selected one and then it was sent to me with order no. [protected] and I had to pay INR 110 extra as per the cost of the product. But again the same thing was repeated the material was a worst quality product and the material had stitches in the middle of the cloth. I gain called up the Sandhya, the supervisor and told her the same and also sent her the pics, but she told me to adjust and ask the tailor to cut it off. But when I disagreed and asked for a refund as promised earlier, she told me that I was doing it intentionally and then she asked me to send the product again through courier and then they will think about it.
My question is why should I again incur an additional cost of INR 600 to send the product, just because of the false promises why should I pay extra which I wont be refunded back. All I want is a full refund of the cost and someone to come and collect the product. I would suggest everyone not to shop from this website, it has false displays with false pictures and descriptions. Was this information helpful? |
