I ordered a saree of rs.1699in jomso.com on aug 7 2017. The product got delivered on july 15 2017, but the saree was of cheap quality. Worst quality i have ever seen, so i decided to return the product. As per jomso's terms and conditions, i return the product through proffessional courier on 18th aug 2017 paid the amount rs.250, also i sent a mail to jomso with the bank account details. The product reached jomso on aug 24 2017. Its pain to belive that you never care for customers, pathetic response from customer care they didnt pick my call from my number, never suggest anyone to purchase anykind of product from this site, dont fool anyone, we have the forum to represent our issue, hope our judicial system will support us, we are common people each money matters to us.
