I have ordered a product of worth 1490+100 where the product is not same as they have shown in the picture it's a very low quality product not even worth for 200rs. I mailed and also called then up for returning the product back to them inturn I got a mail and message saying that please return your product for the following address but how can I return it back directly without any reference number nor returning I'd proof meanwhile while I tried reaching them on this issue neither those ###### are receiving the call and the alternate number what they have share is switched off . so how the hell we can return the product back.
