Jomso.com — product is not as shown in website

I have received the product which is not same as displayed in website and have sent no. Of email to return the product but no response from your side. I have gone through your website that there is a policy of returning the product. Please let me know how should i return this product. For delivering the product/ to collect the money you will send the person but not to collect your product back is this your customer service and customer satisfaction.
