I'm writing to voice my dissatisfaction with the service I had at the Jones Store at Bangalore Airport on 27th May 2023. As a vegetarian, I had a really terrible experience because the service failed to include a red label on the menu, resulting in me being offered non-vegetarian food.When I entered your establishment, I was delighted to see that it provided a wide range of culinary alternatives.
I carefully read the menu and made my selections, focusing on meals that I thought would be good for my vegetarian diet. When my purchase arrived,
I was disappointed to see that it contained non-vegetarian foods that had not been marked with a red mark indicating their non-vegetarian character.
This occurrence not only went against my food choices, but it also made me feel insulted and uneasy. As a vegetarian, I rely on accurate menu descriptions to make informed dietary choices. The inability to adequately label the non-vegetarian products on the menu resulted in an unfortunate circumstance that could have been easily avoided.
I quickly brought this to the server's notice, who apologised for the oversight. However, the damage had already been done, and I was left with no viable options. I regarded the staff's response to be insufficient, since no proactive attempts were taken to fix the situation or suit my demands.
This experience has left me deeply disappointed as a devoted customer who expects a particular degree of care and adherence to dietary requirements. It has not only tainted my opinion of Jones Store, but it has also made me doubt your company's dependability and professionalism.
