Jopokart — Wrong jersey size delivered and not responding to my mails

I ordered (Order ID J15743) a customized jersey for my son in size 10–12 years, but Jopokart delivered a jersey in size 8–10 years, which is too small.

I contacted them via the only email ID listed on their website, but I have not received any response to my complaint or request for an exchange.

I am attaching photos of the received product, the size label, and the order confirmation for your reference.

I request a prompt resolution through either a replacement with the correct size or a full refund with penalty.
