My name is Prachi jain, contact no-[protected] and my husband name is Ankit jain, contact no-[protected]. We are living in HSR-Bangalore. We have been fooled by one of the agent here in bangalore named kunal Mahato(Rana). His num is [protected]. we got his reference from 1 of the common friend and he told that he will book ticket to MALAYSIA in comparative cheap prices as available online that time. We thought that if we get a ticket in less price would be better for us to travel. He booked fake ticket for Bangalore to Kuala Lumpur travelling date on 1st may. When we went to airport and was doing check-in. Tiger airways people told us that this is a fake ticket and already cancelled. they asked us to contact our travel agent. When we tried to reach him, he didn't responded properly and ask us to stay near to any hotel and he will book tomorrow's ticket. But we have not got any satisfactory answer from him. As we had bookings in Malaysia, we have to travel anyhow and so we booked next day flight which cost us around 80k and we had hotel bookings and bus ticket from Kuala Lumpur to Penang which cost us around 15k, so total of 95000/-.
He returned 10000/- for the name sake and now he is not responding.
At the time of booking fake ticket, kunal took 38000/- from us. Please find the screenshot for the same. I have attached the fake ticket as well.
After requesting several times to return out 95k, he was giving reasons that he don't have money and had not return till date. He is not responding now.
We are going through mental trauma and need your support to get our hard earned money back. Its been more than 9 months now and we are still struggling. Please help us to get our money back with compensation.
