[Resolved]  Jovial Mart — Cant track my order detail

I have booked my order on jovialmart.com on 18 sep 2016..my order no. Is[protected]..on those website I can not track my order and I have not received any detail from the company about my order...at time of order booking i have paid 299 INR for the jeans product...i have also take a screenshot of placed order and from the company i recived 2 emails which shows that your order is confirmed and payment is done...companies customer care no. Is also not answering...what should I do at this time..?
Please check and tell me about my order else refund my amount..
