Jovial Mart — Defect in trouser

Dear sir,

I am unhappy with the quality of trouser i bought at jovial mart and i am writing to seek a replacement. Out of three trousers one is big size and one is not narrow and the quality also is not acceptable.

Trousers was delivered on 19/06/2017with order id 150583, product trouser combofabric 101 and i noticed this problem as soon as i unpacked it from the box.

Trousers is not of acceptable quality and does not match. I would like to replace it with acceptable quality.
