Jovial Mart — Led bulbs are not good quality I want to return it and refund my money

I ordered 10 led bulbs of 12watts on 21August, 2016 which order no.[protected] and payment made in advance before delivery But I received those led bulbs on 8 September, 2016.They are very poor qualities and there lighting to low. There are look like local and fraud led bulbs. There condition also bed so I am not satisfied those led bulbs . Therefore I want return its and refund my money. Thanking you. POORAN SINGH.
