Jovial Mart — Not received the product or the refund at least

Hi, I placed an order no[protected] on 28th May and items value is 796-I made the online payment. still now order is not yet received. when I called the customer care, the number is switched off. I sent them an email and no response for that. When try to track my order in the website, for my order no they are showing some other products with some one name and address. Pl help to resolve the issue or to get refund.
