Jovial Mart — Product not delivered

I had placed an order at jovialmart.com on dtd 24.07.2016 vide order no.[protected] by pre paid through net banking and order shows successful. But till date I have not received the product nor any courier dispatch detail. I have tried so many time through call and mail at [protected]@jovialmart.com but all in vain. I have not received any revert and phone always remain switched off. So please provide the product immediately.

Still i have not received my product. Nor received courier details. Very poor service. Please resolve my issue urgently. Till date no mail or phone call received through jovialmart.com.
