I have ordered a Jeans from a online shopping website called Jovial Mart on[protected] but still I haven't received that...I have received an email from Jovial Mart stating that due to some problem with EBS they are unable to send my product. Inspite of making payment on time I haven't received the order, this is so ridiculous. I have tried to contact them over phone and email but the both number and mail ID are false. Now 2days before I received an email from them stating that due to some problem with their payment gateway named EBS they haven't received my payment done on 10-09-16 and they also advised me to contact with EBS to get my payment returned back. The payment gateway also not entertaining my request.
The money which I gave to them is not huge (Rs 300/-) but I want them to teach a good lesson so please assist me how to solve this matter.
