Jovial Mart — Wrongly transferred amount of rs.12, 400/- in 3 transactions on 12.07.2017

I have purchased 5 cotton shirts on 23.06.17 which cost was of rs.1000/- through "jovial mart” one of the online shopping website in india. But i have received 5 polyester fabric shirts for which i have sent a email to jovial mart on 12.07.17 requesting them to refund rs.1000/- and credit the amount in my account so that i can return the shirts to you.

In this connection, after receiving my email by them, i have received one phone call from mobile no.[protected] on 12.07.17 at 11.11 told me that we have received your email and asking me to provide debit card no. For transferring the amount. I have given him the debit card no. After few seconds i have received one sms in my mobile and he called from another mob. No.[protected] asked the otp no. Received in my mob. I have also given otp. Within 15 minuts 1st rs.10, 000/- 2nd time rs.10, 000/-, 3rd time rs.400/- 4th time rs.2000/- totalling to rs.22, 400/- deducted from my account and received messages from my sbi branch to my email are re-produced below:-

(A) email received from my bank : sbi against wrong transaction of following amount to various accounts:-

(1) thank you for using your sbi debit card 606xx4716 for a purchase worth rs.10000.00 on pos[protected] at payu_www.twallet.telan txn#[protected].

(2) thank you for using your sbi debit card 606xx4716 for a purchase worth rs.10000.00 on pos paysust[protected] at ola money – zipcash txn#[protected].

(3) thank you for using your sbi debit card 606xx4716 for a purchase worth rs.400.00 on pos payust[protected] at ola money – zipcash txn#[protected].

(4) thank you for using your sbi debit card 606xx4716 for a purchase worth rs.2000.00 on pos payust[protected].

(B) transaction details from bank statement as under:-

Total 22, 400.00

I have also contacted to jovial mart but their customer care nos. Are in out of order but before purchasing the above project there is no problem in their telephone nos. And also tried to contact mob. No. [protected] & [protected] which were switched off.

I humbly request your goodself to kindly cancel all the above transactions and help me to credit in my respective sb account no.[protected] of state bank of india at your earliest.

Hope your goodself will consider my above request favourably and sympathetically.

A line of confirmation in this regard will be highly appreciated.

I would further request your goodself to take necessary legal action against the Jovial Mart as most of the persons in India cheating by this type of Website.

I humbly request Govt. of India to take care about this type of Website creating personnel to catch and imprison them so that poor citizens of India will escape from these sites. Not only that I want to draw the kind attention of CYBER CRIME DEPARTMENT...GOVT. OF INDIA immediate take steps & to stop this type of crime...

I have order a combo of 3 cotton trousers from Jovialmart of size 40 waist, where as I have received some polyester fabric pants of size 36 and tried to contact to return this order but found all contact provided are false and fake, My order details is Order No. 47265 and Invoice No. HAL[protected].
