I have handed over an original natural 13 carat Pearl purchased from Rajasthan and asked for a gold covering of 8 gms weight on 8 October 2023 and was told that the finished ring would be ready by 20 days. On 1 November, I got a call that the ring was ready and that I need to pay Rs. 15000 as making charge apart from the 8 gms 916 gold that I had offered to exchange. On 8 October, I was told that Rs. 8000 would have to be paid as making charge apart from the exchanged gold to which I replied that the maximum I would pay was Rs. 5000 as that is highest price any jeweller would normally charge to make a 8 gm ring around this Pearl
Now, Mr. Rajesh, Asst Manager, Joy Alukkas, Pathanamthitta who dealt with me says he will not return my expensive natural Pearl as the ring has already been made.
All I am asking is a return of the 13 carat Natural Pearl which belongs to me. I have no other complaint against Mr. Rajesh, who is an excellent Ambassador of JOY ALUKKAS. I wish him all the best. May he be the next Manager of this institution. He is capable of heading this institution.
I know him since 15 years as I was instrumental in many many transactions visiting this very institution even when it was run under the name of ANTO JOY ALUKKAS as I have very strong relations with the NSS Karayogams and Educational Insitutions like AMRITA VIDHYALAS of Pathanamthitta District as a Consultant.
I have no intention to go to any Consumer Court nor seek action against Mr. Rajesh. All I want is an amicable settlement and also wish to carry on all transactions on my behalf as well as on behalf of all prospective customers who have been introduced by me. We Nairs are your biggest customers.
May I request the World's biggest Jeweller to restore justice in my simple case and solve it amicably. Please ask Mr. Rajesh to return my 13 carat Natural Rajasthani Pearl at the earliest.
