Joy kennel offered to train our 1.2year old dog for a fee of 24k for 36days. We asked for if we we can pay a part now part later. He insisted on paying 14k as he has to pay the trainer and fix the timing. On first day the trainer came with a puppy and my dog started barking also they wanted our dog to be on harness. The trainer Vinay talked a lot assuring us once he is friendly with the dog he can start training. The same thing happened 2nd time he came without notice and my dog started barking non stop, and when he tried to help put the leash dog bit me, for the first time. Third time he had asked to purchase collar chain so dog can be controlled. My son took our dog with collar chain for walk and Vinay joined on the way as planned. But as soon as he saw the trainer same barking repeated and he got choked as he was uncontrollable. The trainer eas of no help and when doggy came baco home his eyes had turned red with blood clot. We took to vet and he afvised us to stop the training immediayely as dollvet found the trainer unprofessional. He said if professiknals handle no such things happen., When informed Vijay owner of joy kennel about this and asked refund or change the trainer, he said the amount cannot be refubded as he knew this is goibg to happen and that is the reason he collected fee in advance. So we requested for a change in trainer but till today he not responded. In addition he advised us ti take the doggy for mating for which he said 12k has to be paid. We requested first we try with a diff trainer and there was no reply. Not seen such unprofessiinal trainer who boasts about their capability but doea nothing. Very greedy as well.
