Hi,
I tried to exchange a coral and pearl combination gold chain in mysuru (Karnataka state, india) yesterday which i got it from abudhabi (Uae) last week.. Its worth 37k in rupees..
But here they didn't agree to value the stones (Stones weight is mentioned in the bill), only gold value they calculated even after showing the original bill and said that they can pay only the gold amount which is 30k..
Its been clearly mentioned in the terms and conditions to exchange the precious stones wherever i want within 30 days of purchasing the item.
Please guide me regarding this and help me out to exchange this chain for full value what i paid there.
