i had registered with joyalukkas for Easygold scheme at Kolkatta on 14th January 2016, my scheme no was 3017328
My scheme was over on 15th Nov 2016 and so i went to vadodara Joyalukkas on 10 th January 2017
I was offered 35gms of goldbar (20+10+5) for my total money of rs[protected]+7500) where 7500 was bonus from company
they sent me bill by email where the total was not matching as they did not mention dye charges for bars, after repeated arguments they sent me other bill with total figures
In market gold bar dye charges are fixed as rs 250 for 5 gms, 450 for 10 gms, and rs 650 for 20, where in from the bill u can see that they have charged me total of rs 5145.64 as dye charge which is fraud
i will like you to look in to the matter and find solution for such acts by private companies
