Joylukkas — Not able to pay scheme payment in online

I have scheme in joylukkas kakinada branch while they marketed the scheme they informed that you can make online payment based on that only I have opened the scheme but from the past 10 the site is showing "Due to technical maintenance online payment is not available" This is not at all acceptable... kindly resolve and advise me in this regard
