RE: open fraud, looting and cheating by just dial verified house maid provider operating in the name and style of "J. P Home Solutions House No. 104, Gali No. 2 sector 12, Gurugram"by Jai Prakash Anand as its Director and Suraj Anand as his associate with phone Nos. [protected], [protected], [protected],[protected] and having been signing agreement from another address of H. No. 29, Gali No. 1, Sector 5, Sheetla Enclave, Gurgaon
Sir/Madam,
The complainant is an old man of 77 years and living with his wife of 72 years and sister in law of 74 years at his self-owned flat No. 98-C, Pocket 1, Mayur Vihar, Phase 1, Delhi -110091 and he is a practicing civil and criminal lawyer on panel of many govt. companies, banks and other prominent organizations besides an academician having been visiting faculty in many Management Universities v and Institutes for teaching 6 subjects.
He and his wife and sister-in-law being an old persons needed a house maid for 24 hours and were on search from the same on line. The just dial sent the complainant list of many verified services provided by it and it also included the above noted accused company and its director and his associate Suraj Anand whose particulars were also posted on google where it had shown itself as very reputed service provider of house maids for 24 hours on monthly salary. Then it itself contacted the complainant on his mobile phone No. [protected] and offered to provide 24-hour maid services on its charging commission of Rs 15, 000 and salary of their maids also around the same amount p. m. To lure the complainant to pay them their commission of Rs. 15000 for 1 year service of maids provided by them they mentioned the addresses of flats in the nearby house of the complainant,
To play fraud and cheating upon the complainant they said that first he will have to pay them Rs 3000/- as token money to send the house maid to his house and upon her reaching there he will have to pay the remaining balance of Rs 12000 of the security deposit. The complainant selected a maid out of the different profiles of maids sent by then but instead of sending the selected maid thy sent an aged Bengali woman left by her husband despite the complainants many refusals sent to them in his written messages. Then the moment the complainant paid the remaining balance of the yearly security amount to their man sent at his address the said maid forcibly sent by them too packed her belongings and left the house of the complainant within 1 day. Since then, they are making one excuse after another for not sending the maid and when the complainant sent them what's app messages and SMS they sent few profiles of maids and despite the complainant's asking them to send any on trial basis temporarily till they find suitable maid for the house hold work described by him in advance to them. But on this also they did not send any maid in the last 2 weeks and now they have stopped picking the phone calls made by the complainant also despite his having sent them SMS and what's app messages that he is going to make police complaints and their exposure in public media besides filing a suit for damages. All the What's app messages and SMS messages sent to them showing the above facts are annexed with this complaint for ready reference and filing FIR against them under the appropriate Sections of the Indian Penal Code for putting them in jail for this day light looting and cheating with elderly people and also with a learned Civil and criminal lawyer of repute.
