Hi I have purchased parents insurance policy and policy no. is 140300/34/14/04/00000006. My claim no 11503393 is rejected due to 24 hrs not completed in hospital. My parents was admitted in hospital for 22 hours but when doctor said me you can take a discharge then how can I wait for extra 3 hours because of claim only. We honestly took discharged from hospital and submitted claim form. But the result claim failed only the reason 3 hours was short in hospital.
