Hello Sir,

My name is Vikas. Yesterday, I was traveling from bus no. 241 of the above mentioned number of your company. When the bus reached at Daryaganj, the driver suddenly did the AC's off and he started to doing it again and again. When some passengers complained against him then he denied to on the Ac's and told that AC's are temporary out of service. The AC's of front side were cooling smoothly. After it, the conductor misbehaved with an old guy and slapped him. After it all the passengers protested against him then he stopped the bus at Daryaganj and denied to run. After it when the driver was ready to take the bus then the conductor denied to do so to him. After it all the passengers went in another bus. This is his daily routine. I hereby request to please take as soon as action against him.
