This is in regards to a fraud which has shaken our financial stability. In the month of December 2021, I transferred a total sum of rupees 7 lakhs 25 thousand to JR Properties, situated at #459, 1st floor, 17th cross main road, HSR Layout, Bangalore, Karnataka, 560101. The details of transaction are as follows :
1. CHQ TRANSFER-RTGS UTR NO: SBINR[protected] 598037 J R PROPERTIES- Ref CHQ No. 598037 J R PROPERTIES- Amount- 6, 00, 047.20. (13/12/2021)
2. CHQ TRANSFER-NEFT UTR NO: SBIN[protected] JR PROPERTIES- Ref CHQ No. 598038 JR PROPERTIES - Amount 1, 00, 000.00. (14/12/2021)
3. 25000- Google Pay to Moin Patel (Manager at JR Properties).
The proprietor of JR Properties namely Jai Kumar promised to sell and register the site no. 101 and 102 measuring 1200 sqft of JR Heavnly homes situated at Harohalli road, Kasabahobli, Anekal Taluk, Bnagalore Urban District. However, after taking the full payment for the land in advance they never executed the sale of the land nor the registration was done. Furthermore, upon repeated enquiry about the promised sale agreement. They made us to go through harassment and fooled us by making us visit the registrar office daily and not performing the land registration.
Moreover, I am not the only victim of this land scam there are several other poor people who gave their hard earned money to JR Properties in the hope to own a land but they were all fooled. I have proofs of JR properties owing an approximate sum of 1 crore rupees to people. They took money from people for the land but they never sold the land to them. Upon increasing people's pressure they vacated their rented office and went underground. Local HSR police station is not providing much of help to the peoples complaining against this fraud. The sales manager of JR properties claims that he is no more working with JR properties and asks people to reach out to Jai Kumar.
The cheque given by JR properties for the refund also bounced.
